Urgent requirement for Digital Banking Solution Architect for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Qualifications Strong experience on core banking systems, payments, customer onboarding, API‑driven platforms. Strong experience on microservices, event‑driven, serverless, and cloud‑native designs. Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms. Strong experience in banking. Responsibilities Solution Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure digital banking solutions, including customer‑facing portals, mobile applications, online banking platforms, and API‑driven banking services. Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment of digital banking solutions with organizational goals, business strategies, and evolving market trends. End‑to‑End Ownership: Lead the architecture and design of complete digital banking ecosystems, covering web, mobile, backend, and cloud platforms. Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and trends in digital banking, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain. Collaboration: Work closely with business units, product owners, UX/UI designers, and technical teams to define requirements and translate them into technical architecture. Risk and Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations (e.g., PSD2, GDPR, KYC) and risk management policies throughout the architecture and implementation lifecycle. Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior architects and technical teams, fostering innovation and knowledge sharing. Key Technical Skills 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 4 years focused on digital banking or financial technology. In‑depth knowledge of digital banking technologies such as core banking systems, customer onboarding, products, and payment processing. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and cloud‑native solutions. Strong proficiency in modern software architecture patterns (microservices, event‑driven, serverless) and API‑first design. Certifications in cloud architecture such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
