Roles AndResponsibilities

  • Collaborate with the AVP –Corporate Tax and wider tax team to execute comprehensive Corporatetax strategies aligned with the group's objectives andregulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the reviewof the monthly tax provision calculation produced by the system,reconciling it to the ledger.
  • Participate inthe end-to-end annual Corporate tax compliance process, ensuringthe accurate and timely filing of all taxreturns.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of deferredtax calculations for the group, ensuring compliance with accountingstandards and regulations.
  • Lead transferpricing initiatives, ensuring compliance with internationalguidelines and recommending strategies to optimize thecompany's global tax position.
  • Providetax expertise during mergers, acquisitions, and corporatetransactions, including due diligence, structuring, andpost-transaction integration.
  • Assist inCountry-by-Country Reporting (CBCR), Pillar 2 and Transfer Pricing(TP) initiatives in Direct / CorporateTax.
  • Support Economic Substance Regulations(ESR) compliance.
  • Offer guidance oncross-border tax matters, including international tax planning,treaty analysis, and preparation of transfer pricingdocumentation.
  • Stay updated on changes indomestic and international tax laws and regulations, ensuring theorganization's tax practices remain compliant andcurrent.
  • Prepare and review tax-relatedfinancial reports and disclosures, including tax provisioncalculations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, external advisors, and tax authorities to addresstax-related inquiries, audits, and projectsefficiently.

Qualification AndExperience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tax orAccounting, in addition to either CTA, ADIT, or ATTqualification.

RELATED YEAR OFEXPERIENCE:

  • Min of: 2+years of experience of experience in corporate tax compliance,transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border taxadvisory.
