Senior Engineer Onshore Construction – Electrical & Instrument (Offshore site 6/3 Rotation - Al Omaira Topside Project) TALENTMATE Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Job Description Senior Engineer Onshore Construction – Electrical & Instrument for the Al Omaira Topside project, operating on Offshore site 6/3 Rotation. Responsible for detailed engineering design, specification development, and site support for electrical and instrument systems throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Oversee detailed engineering and design activities for electrical and instrument systems. Coordinate with offshore island and construction teams to ensure specifications meet project requirements. Provide site support during offshore construction and installation phases. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards. Requirements 15+ years of overall experience in the oil and gas industry. Strong background in detailed engineering projects. Minimum 5 years of offshore project experience. Experience with Offshore Island specifications. Experience in offshore construction/site activities. At least 5 years in a similar position on mega oil & gas FEED/EPC projects (>$1 bn). Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
