including receptionresponsibilities administrative support language proficiency inArabic and Englishcustomer

KeyResponsibilities:
1. ReceptionDuties:
Warmly greet and receivevisitors in a professionalmanner.
Efficiently handleincoming calls directing thempromptly.
Maintain the receptionareas cleanliness andorganization.
Coordinate meetingroom bookings and support conferencearrangements.
Handle travelarrangements for business trips.
Issue gate passes for staff asneeded.
2. AdministrativeSupport:
Provide administrativeassistance to variousdepartments.
Manage incoming andoutgoing mail and packages.
Assist in monitoring office supplies and maintaininginventory.
Coordinate travelarrangements for employees asneeded.
Follow up with clientsgovernment departments.
Coordinate with Printer Company for printer issues andrequirements.
Arrange courierservices for document shipments as perinstructions.
3. LanguageSkills:
Fluent in both writtenand spoken Arabic.
Proficient inEnglish for effective communication with nonArabicspeakers.
4. CustomerService:
Assist clients andvisitors providing necessaryinformation.
Uphold a highstandard of customer serviceconsistently.
Follow up withclients for feedback andsatisfaction.
5.Documentation:
