Purpose of the Job

The IT Integration Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of Harvest projects into Fertiglobe's digital systems. This role ensures alignment with Fertiglobe's technology strategy, existing landscape, digital requirements, and business objectives. The position involves defining the scope of work, managing project delivery, and establishing cost and support models to drive efficiency and value realization.

Business Complexity

The IT Integration Program Manager operates in a dynamic environment, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including project sponsors, IT teams, business units, and external vendors. The role requires managing complex integration initiatives across multiple locations while ensuring compliance with corporate IT governance, cybersecurity policies, and industry best practices. The successful execution of integration projects is critical for optimizing business operations, enhancing digital capabilities, and ensuring long-term system sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define the Scope of Work (SOW) for IT integration programs, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  2. Define Application, Infrastructure, Information Management and Data scope, Architecture and oversee implementation.
  3. Setup Digital Portfolio, Services and operationalize Harvest JV while leveraging FG Digital services. Oversee Project to Asset handover from EPC.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration, working closely with IT and business operations.
  5. Establish and maintain cost models for IT system implementation and integration.
  6. Define and implement an effective support model, ensuring system reliability post-implementation.
  7. Ensure compliance with IT cybersecurity policies, regulatory and compliance requirements, and industry standards.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuring contract adherence and service quality.
  9. Drive risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential integration challenges.
  10. Ensure alignment between IT integration initiatives and enterprise architecture standards.
  11. Lead and execute change management initiatives, actively engaging with end-users and stakeholders to drive adoption, address resistance, and ensure seamless transitions.
  12. Track and report integration program performance, leveraging KPIs and metrics to assess success.
  13. Optimize data flow and interoperability between newly integrated systems and existing enterprise platforms.
  14. Develop training programs and user adoption strategies to enhance system usability.
  15. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT integration processes and methodologies.

The candidate is results-driven, proactive, and able to navigate complex business and technical environments with ease.

Knowledge & Experience

  1. Bachelors or masters degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in IT project management, system integration, or related roles.
  3. Proven track record of managing large-scale IT integration projects in EPC projects, preferably in companies such as Shell or BP.
  4. Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, EPC information management and data integration, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  5. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
