Youll be responsible for crafting anextraordinary experience and youll help build a network ofcommitted Apple customers Youll showcase your ambitious spirit asyou lead the sales merchandising and operations of an Apple Shopwithin a consumer electronics store. In addition youll encourageour retail partners staff through your visionary style love fortechnology and passion about Apple every single day In this roleyou are a dynamic leader business manager and influencer basedwithin a multi branded retail shop. The roles purpose is to growthe Apple product and addon business in the shop and will be heldaccountable for performance by providing excellent customer servicegiving product demonstrations and ensuring all Apple fixtures andmerchandising elements are up to date and maintained according toApples standards.

Description
The ASC has thefollowing responsibilities to fulfil as they relate to four keyareas: Customer: We are responsible for ensuring each customer hasa worldclass Apple customer experience Promoting Apple products andsolutions by passionately sharing the benefits and values of Appleproducts through product demonstrations. Conducting 1:1 and 1:many(where applicable) product demonstrations using worldwide developeddemonstration scripts for guidance and mentorship. Building acommunity of dedicated Apple customers who will come back toconsult the ASC on future Apple purchases. 2. Instore MerchandisingThe ASC operates as the business manager in a point of sale. Assuch it is the ASCs responsibility to develop the virtual team tomaintain the quality and appearance of the instore merchandising inorder to give the customer the best possible Apple experience.Responsibilities include: Ensuring all merchandising elements(including demo content as well as all 2D and 3D elements) are upto date and follow Apple worldwide standards with a high attentionto detail We guide and educate the shop team members to worktogether to establish and maintaining tidiness according toworldwide guidelines. Flagging to the manager any maintenanceissues with any Apple merchandising execution in the store.Maintaining the brand image through dynamic attention to visualstandards. 3. Staff Management A successful ASC proves him orherself of significant value to a Resellers management team andgains support without authority. You will have a strong eye forbusiness and understanding of the business partners business andgoals. Responsibilities include: Living as a promoter of the Applebrand to Resellers staff / management and keeping them engagedcurrent on Apples latest and the greatest products. Understand whatthe Resellers business goals are and link Apples goals to theirs.Identifying and maintaining a virtual team of key staff members whothe ASC will train and transform into Apple Professional / Experts.The training of the virtual team is essential as they will dependon this group to support Apples business in every way. 4. AppleCorporate/Manager The ASC is able to provide key insights on theApple business and identify business opportunities.Responsibilities include: Monitoring performance results andinventory levels across multiple lines of business. Monitoringstandardized metrics and trend tracking. Providing insightfulfeedback that will help to further develop and improve upon AppleShop performance. Working together with partner store leadership toachieve and improve results and drive lasting impact. Working crossfunctionally with store managers to drive extraordinary outcomesfor everyone.
Education &Experience
Bachelors degree orequivalent experience preferred.
