**FULL/PART-TIME PRIMARY TEACHER FOR THE FOLLOWINGLOCATIONS: EULESS, NORTHEAST (NORTH RICHLAND HILLS),BRENTWOOD
(EAST FORT WORTH), BEACH STREET (NORTH FORTWORTH)**

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8 hours pre-service
  • Mustbe at least 18 years old, a high school graduate, or be enrolled inan approved school program.
  • 2 years ofprevious teaching experience as a preschool or childcare teacher ina
    state-licensed childcare center.
  • Be sensitive, mature, and able to relate well to childrenand adults.
  • Demonstrated ability to followdirections, make good judgments and be dependable.
  • Physical constraints required include the ability to hearthe conversational voice, with or without a hearing aid, and theability to see and read newsprint with or without correctivelenses, to speak and be understood under normalcircumstances.
  • To lift and carry children andother items weighing up to 50 pounds, and the use of arms, hands,legs, and feet with or without corrective devices to accomplish thejob, including evacuation of the building duringemergencies.
  • After an offer of employment ismade, produce a current tuberculin test that complies with minimumstandards.
  • Copy of high school diploma or G.E. D.
  • Documentation of U.S. citizenship oreligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Able torespond immediately to any emergency.


Education:

  • High school or equivalent
  • Must be18 years of age

Experience:

  • Early Childhood Education: 1 year(Preferred)
  • EEC Certification(Preferred)

Dutiesand Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the education, welfare, health, andsafety of the children in the group
  • Assesseseach child's developmental needs (physical, intellectual,social, cultural, etc.) along with the Lead Teacher
  • Good Classroom Management

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday toFriday

Salary/PayRate:

  • $10-$14/hrbased on experience
  • After 90-day probationaryperiod, an additional $1/hr will be given to excellentteacher/s
