Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured rotational assignments across business and support functions
- Support daily operations and contribute to departmental activities
- Assist in project coordination, reporting, and presentation development
- Engage in business challenges and contribute to problem-solving initiatives
- Attend training programs and workshops to build professional and technical skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives
- Gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas to build broad industry knowledge

Ideal Profile
- UAE National holding a valid Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field
- Recent graduate or final-year student seeking career development opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Skills Set
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
