We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is critical in managing the procurement process to ensure cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and quality compliance of materials and services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in enhancing supplier relationships, improving procurement workflows, and supporting overall project execution in alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities of Procurement Manager Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with project and company objectives.Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and pricing agreements.Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs based on project demands.Ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and equipment to meet project deadlines.Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, project management, and finance to ensure procurement requirements are met.Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities and process improvements in procurement operations.Prepare and present procurement reports, budgets, and analysis to senior management. Qualification Required for Procurement Manager Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, or related field. (Engineering background is an advantage but not essential.)Minimum of 20+ years’ experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain ideally with EPC ContractorCIPS, CPSM, or equivalent professional procurement qualificationFamiliarity with commercial terms, legal clauses, and consultancy-specific contract structures (e.g., lump sum, time & materials).Proficiency in ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Currently based in UAE Company Bio ARCCO Group of Companies is a trusted leader in the construction industry, known for delivering high-quality projects and innovative solutions across the UAE.
