The Manager is also responsible for liaising with external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, partners, contractors, etc., as well as providing regular updates on project status. Qualifications A degree in Project Management, or a related field At least 5 years of experience working on projects in a managerial role Sufficient knowledge of project management processes and techniques Good problem-solving skills and decision making ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead teams effectively and motivate them towards achieving targets Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and project management software (MS Project, etc.) Preferred skills Strong analytical skills Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail Ability to multi-task effectively while meeting tight deadlines Flexibility when dealing with unexpected changes in scope or timeline Good negotiation skills Ability to think creatively when finding solutions to problems #J-18808-Ljbffr
