Senior QA/QC Engineer - MEP We are seeking a skilled Senior QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in MEP contracting companies to ensure quality assurance and quality control processes for our projects in the construction industry. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and processes specific to MEP projects. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Review project specifications and drawings to identify quality requirements and ensure they are met. Provide technical guidance and training to junior QA/QC engineers and project teams. Prepare quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Candidate Requirements UAE/MOFA Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience (X years) as a QA/QC Engineer in MEP contracting companies. In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, regulations, and industry best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar certification is a plus. Skills Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes. Ability to develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies. Proficiency in conducting inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of relevant software and tools for quality management and reporting. Ability to provide guidance and training to junior QA/QC engineers. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
