The platform combines self‑paced learning with live community support and includes an optional evaluation component for members seeking to become market analysis consultants or remote analysts. Role Overview The Course Content Writer is the architect of Bloommx's learning materials. You will write clear, engaging, and educationally sound course modules on blockchain, crypto, trading analysis, and risk management. Your writing will be the foundation for our video production—a professional video presenter will use your scripts to record all course content. This is a critical role where your words directly shape the learning experience for thousands of students globally. Your writing must be accurate, accessible to beginners, compliant with global regulations, and structured for optimal learning outcomes. Key Distinction: You will focus solely on writing content—scripts, lesson materials, assessments, and study guides. Video production, recording, and editing will be handled by a separate video production team. Required Qualifications Domain Expertise Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in at least two of the following areas: Active trading or investment in crypto/forex (personal trading experience) Writing about blockchain, crypto, or trading (blog, articles, whitepapers) Work as a trader, analyst, or financial educator Blockchain development or Web3 technical background Financial education or curriculum development Blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and key cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum) DeFi, NFTs, stablecoins, and Web3 concepts Technical analysis, market microstructure, and trading terminology Risk management, position sizing, and trading psychology Regulatory frameworks and compliance (UAE SCA, VARA, or equivalent knowledge) Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms for a global audience of diverse backgrounds. Writing & Communication Skills Exceptional writing ability across multiple formats: Long‑form educational content (2,000–4,000 word modules) Short‑form reference materials (glossaries, cheat sheets) Quiz and assessment questions Engaging, conversational tone (not academic or overly formal) Native English speaker or fluent equivalent (writing clarity is non‑negotiable). Attention to detail: Consistency in terminology, formatting, technical accuracy. Strong research skills: Ability to verify claims, find credible sources, and stay current with industry developments. Educational Content Expertise Experience creating educational materials: Technical documentation or how‑to guides Educational blog posts or articles Curriculum design or instructional content Understanding of adult learning principles: Know how to structure content for retention, engagement, and application. Assessment design ability: Can write effective questions and exercises that measure learning. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness Familiarity with financial services regulations and why certain language must be avoided. Understanding of educational vs. financial services boundaries: Know the difference between "teaching a skill" and "providing financial advice" Can identify compliance red flags in content Comfortable working within guardrails: Willing to adapt content to meet legal and compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communication, Education, or related field. Published articles or guides on blockchain, crypto, trading, or fintech (portfolio examples). Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or understanding of course structures. Familiarity with SEO and content optimization for online discovery. Experience in financial education, trading education, or investment advisory content. Multilingual abilities (ability to research and adapt content for non‑English markets is valuable). Certifications in trading, technical analysis, or blockchain (CFA, CMT, etc.).
