Key JobResponsibilities:

  • Assist inthe preparation and analysis of financial statements identifyingtrends and variances.
  • Support the monitoring offinancial performance and budgetadherence.
  • Maintain accurate and timelyfinancial records.
  • Collaborate in thedevelopment and execution of the hotels financialstrategy.
  • Participate in budgeting forecastingand financial planning efforts.
  • Providefinancial data and insights to assist indecisionmaking.
  • Work with various departmentsto assess and improve businessprocesses.
  • Assist in conducting financialfeasibility studies and analysis for projects andinvestments.
  • Contribute to business developmentefforts and strategic initiatives.
  • Contributeto cash flow management ensuring funds are available foroperational needs.
  • Support treasury and cashmanagement practices.
  • Assist in identifyingfinancial risks and implementing risk mitigationstrategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financialregulations company policies and industrystandards.
  • Assist in coordinating internal andexternal audits.
  • Collaborate with the financeteam providing guidance and support.
  • Foster aculture of excellence and continuous improvement within thedepartment.
  • Participate in colleague trainingand development initiatives.
  • Supportcostcontrol measures while maintaining quality and servicestandards.
  • Assist in procurement processesincluding vendor negotiations and supplier relationshipmanagement.

  • Operate in asafe and environmentally friendly manner prioritizing guests andcolleagues health and safety as well as environmentalconservation.
