Responsible for monitoring and ensuring thatPPM and CM works are completed in accordance with operationalmanuals, PPM blueprint and site requirements.
Managethird party contractors/suppliers to complete workorders.
Conduct site surveys to assist in the transitionof mechanical assets from construction contractors to operationsand maintenance contractors.
Support the team in managingall mechanical operations required for multiple purposes withindifferent assets such as service tunnel, car park, and pumpingstations.
Review mechanics-related manuals and documentsto ensure they are prepared to the fullest extent and contain allnecessary information.
Monitoring the mechanical workcarried out by contractors on site.
Verifying andreporting drawings as submitted by thecontractor.
Communicate and attend meetings withcontractors and other key persons to resolve mechanical, technicaland other related issues.
Assist in establishing asupplier/subcontractor performance managementsystem.
Perform any other duties assigned by the SeniorEngineer/Manager/Client.
Support the team on operationand maintenance issues with mechanical assets.
Coordinatewith consultants, contractors and subcontractors and participate inreview/implementation of all mechanical and discipline functionsrequired for the project.
Supervise contractors andsubcontractors to conduct site works in accordance with designintent and supplier procedures for timely delivery ofequipment.
Ensure that installations of all mechanicalrelated systems follow as-is drawings, required specifications andstandards.
Responsible for carrying out on-site work anddocumentation.
