On behalf of our client we are looking for anexperienced Chief Asset Management for a wellknownHospitality Group based in the Middle East having properties indifferent locations of the World.

JobOverview

As the Chief AssetManagement you will be responsible for overseeing the managementand maintenance of all company assets including hotels resortsrestaurants and other hospitality properties.

You will work closely with the CEO of the Group as well asthe Executive team to develop and implement strategies to maximizethe value and profitability of their assets.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Develop and implement asset managementstrategies to ensure the optimal performance and profitability ofall company assets
  • Monitor and analyzefinancial data to identify areas for improvement and makerecommendations to the executive team
  • Manageand oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all company assetsincluding regular inspections and necessary repairs orrenovations
  • Oversee the procurement andmanagement of necessary resources and services for assetmaintenance and improvement
  • Develop andmaintain relationships with vendors contractors and other partnersto ensure the highest quality of service andcosteffectiveness
  • Conduct regular propertyevaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company standardsand regulations
  • Develop and maintain acomprehensive asset management plan including budgets forecasts andrisk assessments
  • Provide regular reports andupdates to the executive team on the performance and status ofcompany assets
  • Work closely with the sales andmarketing team to develop strategies to increase revenue andoccupancy for all properties
  • Stay updated onindustry trends and best practices in asset management tocontinuously improve the companys operations

Qualifications:

  • Shouldbe from Financial institutes Real Estate Hospitalitybackground
  • Musthave managed assets across Europe US Asia and GCC should befamiliar with GCC market
  • Must have assetmanaged a sizeable company asset up to 10 US Billion spread acrossmultiple global locations
  • Must be willing towork closely with 3035 hotel GMs across the world Middle EastEurope & US
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Finance or a relatedfield
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in assetmanagement preferably in the hospitalityindustry
  • Strong financial acumen and experiencein budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Provenleadership and team management skills experience in leading a teamof hotels & resorts GM and topmanagers
  • Ability to work under pressure andmeet tight deadlines
  • Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
  • Knowledge of local& International laws and regulations related to propertymanagement and maintenance
  • Willingness totravel as needed
