We are looking for a Senior TSE Networks Engineer to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Produce & report details and budget costs of Capex requirement on Irrigation network, PS and infrastructure for design.
  2. Preparation to the Setting up of a comprehensive leakage control monitoring systems.
  3. High level Technical design and ability to understand and advise in regard to civil, mechanical and instrumentation/control disciplines in view of design and operation.
  4. Preparing design and sketches as appropriate suitable for CAD.
  5. Understanding of Irrigation Quality standards and requirements.
  6. Hydraulic modelling on irrigation networks on both gravity and pressurized systems.
Language Requirements:

English - Very Good
Arabic - Fluent / Excellent

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. BSc in Civil Engineering (Master's would be an advantage).
  2. A minimum of 15 years and above postgraduate experience, the majority with consultancy.
  3. Client Facing skills and experience liaising with project consultants and high level Government stakeholders. Ability to gain confidence and trust through strong technical communication and good interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent experience in reporting for schematic studies.
  5. Minimum of 5 years working in Design of irrigation field.
  6. Excellent grasp of the English language both written and oral.
  7. Familiar and experienced in design to international standards.
  8. Familiar with the software for designing & modelling of irrigation water transmission networks and automatic irrigation networks for soft landscaping as well as with the international codes, standards and practices/guidelines.
Candidate Profile:
  1. Experience in design of Waste Water & / Or Storm Water (would be an advantage).
  2. Having previous experience with ADSSC (would be an advantage).
  3. Knowledge of local practices and procedures in NOC application to service authorities and organizations (would be an advantage).
  4. Degree Qualified in Agricultural / Irrigation Engineering or equivalent (would be an advantage).
  5. Regulatory Business requirements for irrigation (would be an advantage).
