Otherresponsibilitiesinclude:

  • Cultivateand maintain relationships with individual and corporate clientsunderstanding their unique travel preferences andrequirements.
  • Utilizeyour extensive network to secure bookings for flightsaccommodations transportation and other travelservices.
  • Expertlynavigate Amadeus or Galileo travel agency systems to efficientlymanage reservations ticketing and itineraryplanning.
  • Providepersonalized recommendations and insights on destinationsactivities and travel options to enhance clientexperiences.
  • Collaborateclosely with airlines hotels and other travel suppliers tonegotiate favorable rates and secure exclusive deals for ourclients.
  • Handleinquiries resolve travelrelated issues and provide comprehensivesupport throughout the booking and travelprocess


Requirements

Tobe considered for this role you need to meet the followingcriteria:


  • Minimumof 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the UAE with aproven track record of client acquisition andretention.
  • Strongdatabase of individual and corporate clients across theUAE.
  • Proficiencyin using Amadeus or Galileo travel agency software isessential.
  • Excellentcommunication skills and a customercentric approach to servicedelivery.
  • Detailorientedwith a keen eye for accuracy andorganization.
  • Fluencyin English is a prerequisite; proficiency in Arabic or otherlanguages isadvantageous.
  • Apassion for travel and a deep understanding of global destinationscultures and traveltrends.
