POSITIONSUMMARY


Serve as a key resource for all recreationactivities facilitated on the property. Provide information toguests about available recreation facilities which may includepools beach entertainment zone/gameroom fitness center and childactivities center. Encourage recruit register and schedule gueststo participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxingatmosphere for guests. Promote the rules and regulations of therecreation facilities intended for the safety and welfare of guestsand members. Observe activity in the recreational facility andrespond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedurein the event of an emergency. Provide cashier services when workingin facilities that include point of sales transactions. Assist whenhosting private functions within the recreation facilities withgroup activities and events. Be aware of possible situations whereguests are not able to safely participate in an activity and informsupervisor/manager Provide assistance to injured guests until thearrival of emergency medical services. Clean and maintainrecreational facilities equipment andsupplies.


Reportaccidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager; completesafety training and certifications. Follow company policies andprocedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean andprofessional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information;protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guestsaccording to company standards; anticipate and address guestsservice needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guestswith genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language; answer telephones using appropriateetiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers; support team to reach common goals. Process payments forrental equipment recreation activities facility rentals or retailsales. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g.small print). Visually inspect tools equipment or machines (e.g. toidentify defects). Enter and locate workrelated information usingcomputers and/or point of sale systems. Stand sit or walk for anextended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move liftcarry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 25pounds with assistance. Grasp turn and manipulate objects ofvarying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and handeyecoordination. Move through narrow confined or elevated spaces. Moveover sloping uneven or slippery surfaces as well as up and downstairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the kneesincluding bending twisting pulling and stooping. Perform otherreasonable job duties as requested.


PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma orG.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Norelated work experience.

Supervisory Experience:No supervisory experience.
