Company : A leading company in Dubai specializing in metallic construction and galvanization is seeking a skilled Fork Lift Operator (5-Tonne) for their Lighting Pole Fabrication Unit.

Job Description : Safely and efficiently operate a 5-tonne forklift to move materials within the Lighting Pole Fabrication Unit. Responsibilities include loading / unloading materials, transporting materials to / from production areas, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate a 5-tonne forklift to move materials within the unit
  • Load / unload materials from trucks and storage areas
  • Transport materials to / from production areas
  • Assist with inventory management (counting and recording materials)
  • Ensure safe and proper use of the forklift; report maintenance / safety issues
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid forklift operator certification
  • Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience, preferably in manufacturing / construction
  • Knowledge of forklift safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to read and understand work orders and instructions
  • Basic math skills for inventory management
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 kilograms
