Job Objectives The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the company’s social media presence across all relevant platforms. The role focuses on building brand awareness, strengthening audience engagement, supporting marketing and business objectives, and maintaining a consistent, compliant brand voice aligned with the company’s objectives. This position requires strong content sense, audience understanding, performance tracking, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to grow digital reach and community trust. Responsibilities and duties 1. Social Media Management & Community Engagement Manage and maintain all assigned social media platforms, ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media channels. Build and nurture online communities while maintaining brand reputation and tone. Escalate sensitive inquiries or complaints according to internal communication and compliance guidelines. 2. Content Planning & Creation Manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. Plan, build and maintain detailed social media calendars aligned with business objectives. Create engaging low‑production videos. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices in the region. 3. Performance Tracking & Optimization Track engagement, reach, growth, and conversion metrics across platforms. Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights. Optimize posting schedules, formats, and messaging based on data insights. 4. Reporting & Insights Prepare regular performance reports summarizing KPIs, engagement trends, and audience feedback. Share insights with the Marketing Manager to support campaign planning and strategic decisions. 5. Influencer & Brand Representation Support Support influencer outreach and collaborations in coordination with PR or Marketing leadership. Assist in identifying suitable influencers or partners aligned with brand positioning and compliance standards. Represent the brand professionally in digital activations, campaigns, or marketing events when required. 6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, PR, Creative, and Production teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives. Coordinate with external agencies or partners when assigned, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Years of Experience 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement for brands. Competencies / Behavioral Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities. High sense of accountability and professionalism in brand representation. Technical Requirements Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.). Experience using social media management and scheduling tools. Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. Familiarity with content creation tools and basic design or video‑editing platforms is a plus.
