Accountant 05D25 – TALENTMATE We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to drive business results through an all-encompassing financial understanding and strategic decision‑making. Responsibilities Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Analyze business operations, trends, and costs to project future revenues and expenses. Participate in budget preparation and financial planning processes, providing insights and analysis. Maintain and update accounting records and files regularly for audit purposes.> Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule with accuracy. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage all accounting transactions and ensure timely bank payments and monthly reconciliations. Apply accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Collaborate with department heads to monitor and support financial objectives. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities to maintain organizational financial stability. Liaise with auditors to ensure yearly monitoring is carried out effectively. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. At least three years of proven experience working in accounting or a similar role. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Experience with accounting software and databases, preferably QuickBooks or SAP. Analytical skills with an attention to detail for thorough financial analysis. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
