Requirements:

  • Fundamentalknowledge and open to learning skills in harvesting, includingdrying, trimming, curing,
  • Willingness to keep a clean andorganized workenvironment
  • Dedication to keepingthe facility 100% compliant with applicable laws and regulations atall times
  • Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist,and kneel up to 10 hours/day
  • Abilityto be in an indoor space with cannabis plants and lighting up to 10;
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements withyour hands
  • Ability to work inclimates with varying temperatures
  • Attention todetail
  • Willingness to take directionand constructive feedback
  • Ability tolift and carry at least 25pounds
  • Proven work ethic andreliable transportation
  • Ability toarrive on time (Shifts usually start at 8 am )
  • Ability to work for a licensedcannabis operation in the State of Washington, which includes beingat least 21 years ofage

PayRate Range: $17-$19/hour
