Whatthis job involves

Providesupport of Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholdersrelated to optimization of JLL managed services operations andsourcing strategies.

  • Responsible for delivering market,supplier and operational intelligence of services operations;Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to executestrategic initiatives. 
  • Ensure compliance toJLL’s and client’s sourcing and contractingpolicies, procedures, risk management programs, andethics.
  • Help maintain data integrity in allsystems and ensure required documentation is received and requiredprocess steps are completed.
  • Support theCategory Management team’s supplier relationship andperformance programs with key suppliers.
  • Helplead Quarterly Business Reviews with keysuppliers.
  • Establish a relationship withCorporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual termsand conditions comply with standard or other contract changes andare formally reviewed and approved by legal/riskmanagement.
  • Support and assist development ofdiversity programs in accordance with clients and companyrequirements.

Required

Desiredexperience and technical skills

  • Be a subject matter expert in supportof JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and programmanagement.
  • Help to build out and implementstandardized and efficient sourcing processes for the account tohelp streamline the current program.
  • Develop asourcing plan and strategy for the account focused on cost savings,supplier consolidation, sustainability, and supplierdiversity.
  • Closely participate in and withclients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility, and PropertyManagement teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits tothe client(s).
  • Lead and manage allsourcing-related functions: performing due diligence and assessmentof prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids, and ensuringeffective transition to operations duringimplementation.
  • Regularly provide detailedstatus updates and communication to Supply Chain and businessstakeholders.
  • Provide management, instruction,and follow-up in support of operations teams' RFP/bid,contracting, supplier onboarding, and operationalprocesses.

Preferred

  • Experience with procurement systems(i.e. Jaggaer or Ariba)
  • Bachelor'sdegree (BA/BS) from a four-year college oruniversity
  • 3-5 years of strategic sourcingexperience for services or indirect categories (e.g. facilityservices, highly desired)
  • Exhibits stronginterpersonal skills, organization skills and analyticalability
  • Proven track record of excellentinternal and external customer service
  • Provenability to manage multiple projects and priorities while deliveringresults in a fast-paced and challengingenvironment
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to influence and communicateprofessionally
