Your Role

You as a Relationship Manager are the primarypoint of contact for clients to access the entire suite of wealthmanagement capabilities and solutions offered by Deutsche BankWealth Management. This is achieved by working in close partnershipwith the Investment Manager (IM) in the daytoday planning andservicing for the client. You are responsible for acquiring newclients who are in line with the business proposition of the bankand assets as well as grow existing business relationships assuringa holistic and highstandard client experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify develop and maintain HNW/UHNWrelationships.
  • Increase wallet share/AuM byundertaking a business development sales or relationship managementapproach as appropriate.
  • Responsible for theoverall Net New Assets creation and revenue generation on therespective books in a scalable and efficient way.
  • Balance client relationship prospect buiding investmentgrowth administrative compliance personal growth and development ona daytoday and longerterm basis.
  • Plan andmanage resources (time budget) to run an optimal business.
  • Recommend investment products and servicesthat are suitable for clients based on their objectives resourcestime horizon risk profile and preferences.
  • Review client portfolios periodically to ensure theportfolio performance is aligned with clients investment objectiveand risk profile.
  • Partner with IMs incovering clients to discuss/manage financial goals risk toleranceresearch/analyze market conditions provide bank views of variousinvestment types recommend asset allocation and provide explanationon how they benefit/hinder investment objectives.
  • Act as the Accountable Client Owner with responsibilityfor all AML aspects of the client relationship; including KYC andaccount behavior.
  • Establish and maintainrelationships with the management teams and informing management ofany circumstances that require supervisoryattention/review/approval.
  • Work in closecooperation with other coverage product and support functions todeliver DBs value proposition leveraging also other DB divisionswhere possible.
  • Actively support the business/ growth strategy plans and values new products and servicescontributing to the achievement of a high performing team.
  • Participate in relevant client social eventsas well as in PR and other marketing activities.

Your Skills andQualifications

  • Bachelors degree isrequired. Masters degree with a background in Finance preferable
  • Certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is desirable
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite
  • At least 15 years wealth management industry experienceas a revenue generating sales in Middle East market
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Clientoriented solutionoriented and able towork in a high paced environment under pressure
  • Superior investment acumen and solid network of clientsin the target coverage market is required
  • Good understanding of Governing Regulatory Framework
  • Strong Collaboration skills and excellentcommunication skills with a positive approach
  • Professional integrity
  • Ability tomanage resources and allocate them for most effective use
  • Willing and able to develop other staff
