Our client is aleading company based in Dubai committed to excellence andinnovation in their industry.Due to the continuous growth and expansionthey are seeking a dynamic and experiencedHR Director(UAE National) to join theirteam.

As theHRDirector you will play a pivotalrole in driving the HR and administrative functions forward. Youwill be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategiespolicies and procedures to support the organizations objectives andfoster positive work culture. Additionally you will oversee alladministrative activities to ensure smooth operations andcompliance with regulatoryrequirements.


KeyResponsibilities:

Develop andimplement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companysoverall goals andobjectives.
Lead therecruitment and selection process including sourcing candidatesconducting interviews and onboarding newhires.
Develop andmaintain HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with UAElabor laws andregulations.
Manage employeerelations including performance management disciplinary actions andconflictresolution.
Overseecompensation and benefits programs including salary structuresincentives and employee welfareinitiatives.
Lead thedevelopment and implementation of training and development programsto enhance employee skills andcapabilities.
Manage the HRIS(Human Resources Information System) and ensure accuraterecordkeeping and datamanagement.
Oversee alladministrative functions including facilities management officesupplies procurement and travelarrangements.
Ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations and implementmeasures to maintain a safe workenvironment.
Provideleadership and guidance to the HR and administrative teamsfostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuousimprovement.

RequirementsBachelors degreein Human Resources Business Administration or a related field;Masters degree or HR certificationpreferred.
Provenexperience in a senior HR leadership role preferably in a fastpacedcorporateenvironment.
Indepthknowledge of UAE labor laws regulations and bestpractices.
Strongleadership and management skills with the ability to motivate andinspire teams to achieve organizationalgoals.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildeffective relationships at all levels of theorganization.
Strategicthinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on drivingresults and continuousimprovement.
Proficiency inHRIS and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
Fluency in bothEnglish and Arabic areessential.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or arelated field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in afast-paced corporate environment. In-depth knowledge of UAE laborlaws, regulations, and best practices. Strong leadership andmanagement skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsto achieve organizational goals. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build effectiverelationships at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinkingand problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results andcontinuous improvement. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft OfficeSuite. Fluency in both English and Arabic are essential.
