BMS Operator

• Receive and follow up forday-to-day maintenance call given by MaintenanceManager.
• Report the summary of work carried outfor individual guest rooms and common areas including all usedspare parts and accessories.
• Carry out generalmaintenance as per schedule provided by Maintenance Manager for AirConditioning system and chillers.
• Repair andmaintenance of Split AC, Window AC and Package units includingreplacement of spare parts like condenser coils fan motor, blowersand brazing work.
• New installation of Airconditioning system for newlocations.
• Modification and troubleshooting forany related to the Air conditioning and Refrigeration system suchas refrigerator, coolers and deepfreezer.
• Provide assistance to the teamwhenever requested for any issues to complete project smoothly andsafely.
• Contribute to the guest satisfactionstandard by ensuring that technical support is provided quickly,ensure safety and comfort of the guests.
• Ensurethe quality of completed work by both employees and externalcontracted staff adheres to the standard of good engineeringpractice.
• Study for consumable spare parts forrectification and to repair instead of replacement withinlimitation for saving and safetyconsideration

Desired Skill &Expertise:

• Hospitality experience is amust.
• Having minimum of 2 years experience inthis role.
• Possess great mechanicalaptitude.
• Strong ability to read and understandtechnical instructions and followblueprints.
• Strong communicationskills.
• Strong ability to diagnose equipmentand determine if a repair and maintenance work is needed or not;and ability to keep records of work done,etc.
• Excellent ability to explain technicalinformation.
• Strong ability to perform assignedtasks independently.
