  • Takesresponsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role,ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professionalmanner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maximizeguest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive andresponsive approach to enquiries and problemresolution.
  • Support and deliver on thestrategies and objectives of the stewarding department takingownership for assigned areas ofresponsibility.
  • Develops and builds own skills,knowledge and experience at every opportunity within stewardingdepartment, which aligns with the culture of growth, developmentand performance expected by thecompany.
  • Collaborates with the Head ofDepartment, ensuring that departmental inventory is maintained,that productivity targets are achieved and performance levels areattained
  • Build and maintain effective workingrelationships, communicating with key stakeholders whilst promotingthe company culture and values.
  • Ensuresadherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements andbest practice activities are planned, delivered and documented forinternal and external audit, performing follow-up asrequired
