JobDescription

  • Ensure Daily invoices received fromthe corresponding Bank's/Branches are processed on a dailybasis
  • Enter transactions to recordstandby/commercial letters of credit activity inACBS.
  • Prepare and execute required letter ofcredit documents using Tiger, Microsoft Word, or ACBS, asapplicable
  • Ensure timely disbursement of funds,as required for LC drawings, and record transaction through theBank's accounting system (ACBS).
  • Dailyscanning of processed work for both Standby and DocumentaryOperations.
