JobContext:

ProvideDirections to Valet Drivers actively park and retrieve cars as wellas perform all other dutiesassigned.


Responsibilities
Tobe punctual always & arrive 15 minutes prior to your shiftat theLocation.

Supportin training Valet Drivers on expected high level of Guest servicePersonal etiquette customerinteraction.

Communicatecustomer concerns and complaints to the immediate Supervisor/LineManager and help resolveissues.

Provideinformation about the location events in progress incidentsaccidents to the immediate Supervisor/Line Manager & takesuitable action/ precaution ifnecessary.

Supportsin responding to discrepancies involving parking attendants andguests such as guest lost items/tickets minor scratchesetc.

Assistand make recommendations for the improvement in the Operations onthe respective worklocations

Supportin inspecting and maintaining all parking operations equipment inall areas coordinate replacements or repairs when necessary andcommunicates to the immediate Supervisor/LineManager.

Supportin monitoring and participate in daily briefing Grooming inspectionmaintenance check of all required operational equipment then reportany replenishment/ replacement/ damage and/or malfunctioningequipment.

Supportin maintaining daily log for significant incidents comments orcomplaints.

Performstation controlling function ifrequired.

Performrelated duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/LineManager

Tomake sure all Valet drivers are following their job description/SOP s and performing their duties as perrequirement

Bewilling to work on day/night shifts and on several locations withinyour duty hours in addition to contributing with extra hours whenrequired for special events/ exigencies/ Operationalrequirement

Givefeedback and updates to waiting guests if any delay occurs whilereceiving or Delivery ofvehicles.

Makesure valet team workplace (Podium/control room / parking / lobby /drive way etc.) area is clean and tidyalways.

Listenresolve Staff grievances queries requests without fail &keep the immediate Supervisor/Line Manager posted. Unresolvedqueries grievances are to be escalated to HR & Sr.Management

Qualification:

HighSchoolCertificate

Experience:

Minimum1 year ofexperience

UAEDriving License No. 3mandatory

Ableto drive automatic and manual vehicles
