With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Connectivity Centre Agent to join our Rooms Division team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success. You will be responsible for handling all calls, both internal and external, in an efficient and courteous manner with high personalized service and attention to detail, as per the standards of One&Only. Project a favorable image of One&Only Royal Mirage to the public via telephonic interactions. Assist in coordinating all guest requests in a timely manner and ensure proper function of Connectivity Center as the central communication point of the Resort.
Suitable candidates will report directly to the Connectivity Centre Manager. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. A customer service background with strong attention to detail and analytical skills is essential. Candidates must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Computer literacy including relevant software and experience in using an Opera system is required. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
