JobDescription

TheQA/QC- Commercial Construction- DC Metro will be responsiblefor:

  • Implement and manage quality controlsystems and processes on-site.
  • Conduct regularinspections and audits to ensure compliance with projectspecifications and industrystandards.
  • Collaborate with project teams toidentify and resolve quality-relatedissues.
  • Develop and maintain QA/QCdocumentation and reports.
  • Provide training andsupport to project staff regarding quality standards andprocedures.

TheSuccessfulApplicant

TheQA/QC- Commercial Construction- DC Metro willhave:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience inconstruction with a focus on Quality Assurance and QualityControl.
  • Direct experience in QA/QC withinconstruction projects, preferably including Healthcare, AffordableHousing, Recreation, Higher Education, K-12, Library, Multifamily,and Office sectors.
  • Proven track record ofmanaging projects with a minimum value of $20million.
  • Proficiency with Timberline softwareis essential.
  • Reporting to the Safety Directorand VP of Operations.
