Bartenderis a support role which ensures smooth running of the restaurant byproviding a highly efficient and effective service ensuringstandards are maintained and guest comfort is guaranteed at alltimes. A high degree of product knowledge is necessary in order toconfidently recommend and upsell the various products onoffer.
Yourdaytodaywork:
- Welcomeinteract and communicate with guests & colleagues in acourteous friendly and clearmanner
- Takeprepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and upselling all products focuses on maximizing sales in order to drivesales and meet outlettargets
- Clearand clean the bar in a professionalmanner
- Maintain stockaccurately handle pointof sale transactions maintain cleanliness ofoutlet at alltimes
- Ensure thatcompany Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered totrain all new teammembers
Requirements
Whatare we lookingfor
EducationandExperience:
- Ideally yourbackground will be from the hotel/F&B industry and workedas a Bartender for a minimum of 1 year in a 3star or above categoryhotel.
- FluentEnglish is a must and other languages would be anadvantage.
