That is the rhythm of Le Caf LPM. A neighbourhood caf for the modern city where the spirit of the French Riviera meets life in Dubai. From the first espresso of the morning to the last spritz of the evening every drink we serve carries the same care and intention as everything else on the table.
Your Role
You are the manager of your tables and guests. You take orders, serve with precision and make every guest feel genuinely looked after. You are the face and name your guests will remember.
Your Impacts
Guest ExperienceYou create memorable moments from the first hello to the last goodbye - warm, professional and always making guests feel like they are exactly where they should be.
Product KnowledgeYou know the menu inside out - ingredients, preparation, pairings - and share that knowledge naturally. Confident in recommending, upselling and surprising guests with the right suggestion at the right moment.
Guest ProfilingYou read the table, adapt to the mood and pace and remember what matters: preferences, habits, the little details that make a guest feel genuinely known. You record them so nothing is lost.
CommunicationClear with the kitchen, attentive with guests and in sync with the team. Small issues you handle yourself - bigger ones go straight to your manager without delay.
