DeineAufgaben

Um unser tolles Teamweiter auszubauen, suchen wir zum n chstm glichen Zeitpunkt einenOffice Manager (m/w/d). Als Office Manager (m/w/d) bist du f r denreibungslosen B robetrieb an unserem Standort in Hamburg (WeWork Gnsemarkt) und die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesseverantwortlich. Du sorgst daf r, dass wir allen externen Besucherneinen angenehmen Aufenthalt erm glichen.

  • Du bist der ersteKontakt f r unsere Kunden, Gesch ftspartner, neue Mitarbeitendesowie Lieferanten (sowohl pers nlich als auch amTelefon)
  • Du k mmerst dich um die Verpflegungund Betreuung unserer G ste ebenso wie die Vor- und Nachbereitungder Meetingr ume
  • Du bist f r das B romanagementzust ndig. Hierzu geh ren: die Sicherstellung der B roordnung, dasErledigen der Eingangs- und Ausgangspost, die Umsetzung anfallenderAd-hoc Aufgaben und das Bestellen von B romaterial und weiteren amStandort ben tigten G tern wie z.B. Obst, Getr nke undSnacks
  • Du koordinierst kleinere Projekte wiebspw. die Organisation von Office-Events und die Gestaltung des Bros
  • Du bist Teil des HR-Teams und unterst tztdieses aktiv in organisatorischen und administrativenBelangen
