Description:
  • Confirm functional andnon-functional requirements with the client or projectmembers
  • Design and Development of modulesand programs for automatedtesting
  • Developing IT, ST, SIT TestScenarios and Test Cases
  • SupportingUAT
  • Additional responsibilities ofTeam Leader for an experiencedcandidate
  • The projects relate todevelopment and major transformative enhancements at life insurancecompanies: Development or Reengineering, legacy modernization andmigration, cloud migration,etc.
Qualifications:
  • At least3 years of experience inInsurance.
  • Over 2 years of experience increating and executing test cases with automation test technologiesfor UI (such as Selenium, Cypress), APIs (such as Postman, Karate)and unit test (such as jest,TestNg)
  • Written and spoken Japanese(native or near-native level – N2 or N1 level isrequired).
  • Business English isrequired.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Experience working inan onsite/offshore, multilingualenvironment
  • Experience in lifeinsurance
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Experience in softwaredevelopment life cycle
  • Ability to work in team indiverse/ multiple stakeholderenvironment
  • Experience and desire to work ina Global delivery environment.

Bilingual: Yes– Near Native Japanese and BusinessEnglish
