Overview Job Title: Commercial & Project Coordinator Location: Dubai, Veralto office. This position provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team, handling client inquiries, coordinating orders, managing databases, and preparing sales reports to ensure smooth operations and help the sales team focus on closing deals, as well as managing project execution tasks such as documentation, tracking milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project components. Responsibilities Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for direct customer email inquiries, providing product information and handling follow-ups. Order Management: Interface with factory and customer for direct or project orders; provide updates to clients regarding technical submittals, project timelines, delivery schedules, and potential delays avoidance. Internal Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., ISS, operations, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and product delivery. Support project execution tasks: documentation, tracking milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project components. Essential Requirements Project support experience from project bid evaluation, specifications, project documentation for Water & HPI market related projects Technical proficiency in analyzers, instrumentation, and laboratory business; CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients (end users, EPCs, Consultants) and internal teams Teamwork: collaborative mindset to support the sales team and other departments Product knowledge: developing a deep understanding of the companys products and services At minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Project coordination support Preferred experience in instrumentation, analyzer projects in the MENA region Languages: English proficient; Arabic is a plus What We Offer 25 days of vacation Flexible working hours Professional onboarding and training options Powerful team looking forward to working with you Career coaching and development opportunities Health benefits About the Company Hach is part of Veralto; the group emphasizes safety, water quality and sustainable solutions.
