Overview EYFS and Primary Teachers - September 2026. GEMS Education is seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join as EYFS and Primary teachers for September 2026. The successful candidates will be self-motivated, have proven success in driving standards, and be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all. GEMS Royal Dubai School is a vibrant, premium British curriculum school, currently educating students from FS1 to Year 8. We are expanding to include a Nursery in January 2026 and Year 9 in September 2026, with a strategic growth plan leading to Year 13. The school serves a diverse student body of over 850 students from more than 48 nationalities and is opening a new, purpose-built secondary campus in September 2026 to enrich the world-class education offered. Job Purpose To teach within the Early Years Foundation Stage or Primary Phase enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which leads to exceptionally high outcomes. Key Responsibilities Be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge across either the Early Years Foundation Stage or the National Curriculum for England in the Primary Phase Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences, collaborating and sharing best practice Use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning Have a High-Performance mindset, being reflective and solution focused at all times Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students Work effectively with colleagues, students and parents using excellent interpersonal skills Have aspiration to work in a World-Class school with real prospects for career enhancement Make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events Actively pursue your own professional development as a teacher To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the CEO and Principal GEMS Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all of its students and staff. A UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check is a pre-requisite for all appointments. Qualifications Recognised UK teaching qualification (with QTS). Ability to bring dynamic and innovative approaches to teaching and a commitment to high standards of learning for all students.
