Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for sourcing talentedprofessionals for He/she would ensure recruitment of suitable,culturally aligned professionals to team in a timely

Primaryresponsibilities:

  • Managerecruitment process of employees end to end including ApplicationTracking System in coordination with functional managers and reportregularly
  • Recruitand manage Interns to enhance the support and productivity forinternalteams
  • Connect,engage and build relationships with various Universities andColleges for placements, establish Bhumi as preferred campus hiringpartner
  • Establisha recruiting, skill assessments, and interviewingprocess
  • Benchmarkcompensation & benefits data of similar organization byparticipating in compensation & benefit survey andrecruitmentprocesses
  • Collaborateand work with Marketing and Communications team to establish BrandBhumi as a preferred place towork

Secondary/Supportingresponsibilitiesinclude:

  • Supportthe HR Manager to facilitate and coordinate Onboarding of allemployees
  • SupportHR Manager in other HRfunctions

Preferences:

  • EducationQualification:Anydegree may apply, PG in HR(desirable)
  • Workexperience: Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitmentrole
  • Experiencein non-IT recruitmentmandatory
  • Experiencein multi-skill recruitment at a consultancydesirable
  • Experiencein hiring on LinkedIn platform will be addedadvantage

  • Excellentinfluencing, interpersonal, communication and networkingskills
  • Reasonablecomputer skills MS Word, Excel & PowerPointEssential
  • Mustbe good at multi-skill and multi-culturalhiring
