Content Writer (Arabic Speaker) Dicetek LLC We are looking to onboard an experienced Arabic Content Writer to support the development of a comprehensive content strategy and create high-quality content for our banking website. The role requires strong prior experience in content writing within the retail banking or B2C financial services domain. The writer will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, compliant, user-friendly, and aligned with the bank’s brand voice and business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and contribute to the content strategy for the banking website Write, edit, and update website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, regulatory awareness, consistency in tone and messaging Translate complex banking concepts into simple, user-friendly language Align content with brand guidelines, messaging tone, UX and customer journey best practices, and SEO Collaborate with required stakeholders – marketing, product, compliance/legal stakeholders Ensure consistency between English and Arabic content Qualifications Proven experience in content writing for retail banking, digital banking, fintech, or financial institutions UX writing or microcopy experience (CTAs, forms, error messages) Minimum 3 years of professional content writing experience Strong understanding of banking products and services, such as accounts, loans, credit cards, Islamic banking, investments, digital banking, etc. Experience writing website content, including home pages, product pages, informational pages, customer education content, FAQs, etc. Ability to write persuasive, clear, accurate, and compliant content suitable per regulations Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Language Proficiency Native Arabic proficiency (Modern Standard Arabic required).
