Overview:
HR (HumanResources) specialist at Biz Easy DMCC. This key role is inrecruiting screening interviewing processing and training newhires. And They also handle employee relations payroll benefits andhave strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Sometimes theywork as a HR consultant to our outsourcing HR services to severalclients.
Responsibilities:
Develop advise on and implement the company policies.
Coordinate and administeremployee programs including benefits compensation and workplacesafety.
Manage staffing logisticsincluding managing job postings reviewing resumes and conductinginterviews.
Assist with employeerelations issues such as work complaints or other employeeconcerns.
Maintain employee filesand records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction byresolving issues promptly applying new perks and benefits andorganizing team building activities.
Conduct employee onboarding andhelp organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees onvarious HRrelated topics.
PromoteHR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace.assist in the development and implementation of human resourcepolicies.
Gather and analyze datawith useful HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnoverrates.
Requirements Skills andQualifications:
- 35 years ofproven experience as an HR specialist or HR generalist.
- Detailed knowledge of HR systems anddatabases.
- Excellent activelistening negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manageinterpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR bestpractices.
- Degrees in HumanResources or related fields and HR certifications (e.g. PHR SPHRSHRM) may bepreferred.

Benefits
- Employmenttype:Full time
- Expected Date ofRecruitment: Immediately join or 30 days notice
- Salary: Confirmed afterinterviewing
- Term of the Contract:2 years renewal
- Working Hours: 8 amto 5 pm from Monday to Friday
- Vacations: 2 days off per week. In accordance with UAE holidays tobe announced as private sector. Paid annual leave will be got asper UAE labor law

- Probation period: 6 months
