  • Advocate for a user-centricapproach, leading by example, conducting thorough user research toderive insights and translating them into user-friendly,aesthetically pleasing, and functional productdesigns.
  • Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, andmarketers, to seamlessly integrate design into the productdevelopment process.
  • Take charge of theprototyping process, conducting usability testing to validate anditerate on design concepts based on userfeedback.
  • Set and maintain high standards ofdesign quality across all producttouchpoints.
  • Lead design within an agile squad,ensuring adherence to timelines and delivering high-quality designsolutions.
  • Communicate design concepts andrationale to internal and external stakeholders, securing buy-infor design decisions, and collaborate seamlessly with engineeringteams to ensure the final product aligns with the design vision andmeets user expectations.
  • Stay up to date withindustry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices,encouraging a culture of experimentation and creativeproblem-solving within the team.

What YouHave

  • 3+years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasingyour detailed work
  • Proven expertise in productdesign from concept to execution across various platforms,including web, mobile, responsive, andnative
  • Exceptional skills in User Interface(UI) design, interaction design, andprototyping
  • Proficiency in design tools such asFigma and Adobe Suite
  • Strong collaboration andcommunication skills, with the ability to work effectively withcross-functional teams, including product managers andengineers
  • A passion for staying up-to-date withdesign trends, emerging technologies, and design bestpractices
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced,agile environment
  • Strategic thinking abilitythat can translate business goals into compelling designsolutions
  • An ability to provide clear andconstructive feedback to peers
