Weare looking for a Payroll Compliance Specialist who can take careof the below mentioned jobresponsibilities

1.Ensure compliance with Tax SS and labor laws regulations and otheremployment related legislation.
2.Manage day to day payroll complianceactivities.
3.Stay informed about the change in tax SS and labor laws affectionpayroll.
4.Interpret and communicate changes in regulations to the payrollteam and other relevantstakeholders.
5.Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance policies andpractices including tax SS documents and compliance relatedinformation.
6.Conduct regular internal audits of payroll process to ensurecompliance.
7.Address all inquiries related to payrollcompliance.
8.Collaborate with legal experts on employment and laborlaws.
9.Provide recommendations for improvement based on compliancereports.
10.Identify and address compliancerelated issuespromptly.
11.Gather and maintain all documents and information s related toEOR/MMS and filingactivity.
12.Provide all field support services (Visit government offices)online filing andpayments.
13.Provide process and steps for set up entity and creating bankaccount.
14.Ensure all ground support services (Visiting clients managing EE inthecountry)
