We are seeking a highlymotivated Marketing Assistant(E-commerce OperationsSpecialist) to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have a combination of skills inshipping tasks, fulfillment of orders, Photoshop, content writingfor product SKUs, and photography. The successful candidate will beresponsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment,managing the inventory, and creating content for our e-commercestore.

  • Manage theend-to-end order fulfillment process, including picking, packing,and shipping
  • Maintain accurateinventory records and conduct regular inventorychecks
  • Create high-quality productphotographs and edit them usingPhotoshop
  • Produce engaging andinformative product descriptions and other content for oure-commerce store
  • Process customerreturns and refunds in a timely and efficientmanner
  • Collaborate with themarketing team to develop and execute promotions andcampaigns
  • Monitor and respond tocustomer inquiries via email and socialmedia
  • Continuously optimize thee-commerce website to improve the user experience and increasesales


Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field(fresh graduates are welcome toapply)
  • Minimum of 2 years ofexperience in e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment,inventory management, and customerservice
  • Proficiency in AdobePhotoshop and other image editingsoftware
  • Excellent written andverbal communication skills, with the ability to create compellingproduct descriptions and othercontent
  • Demonstrated ability to workindependently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously
  • Strong attention todetail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolveissues quickly
  • Experience withphotography and product styling is aplus
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEOis a plus
  • Familiarity withe-commerce platforms such as Magento is aplus
