Job Description

CSM Middle East became part of the Wasserman agency following anacquisition in October 2023. In the Middle East region we continueto operate as CSM for the shortterm whilst we go through thenecessary changes to our business licenses and we expect to rebrandin line with the rest of the global CSM business in 2025.

What will you be doing

Weare seeking a Creative Multimedia Designer to join our Middle Eastteam. This is a newlycreated role where the successful candidatewill work across a variety of sports and brand materials within avibrant global environment.

A team player whocan engage with the Creative Services team & the widerbusiness and is passionate about creative imagery and naturallyartistic; an individual who brings lots of ideas enjoysbrainstorming and who can provide creative and technical skillwhilst staying calm under pressure in a fastpaced environment.

An understanding and experience of thecreative production process is key as well as the principles ofdesigning for digital delivery most especially on social mediaplatforms.

Be prepared to be involved inprojects of all types from either a conceptualisation standpoint orsimply to provide support at a campaigns artwork production stage.

An interest in sports is even better and apassion on brands is even essential

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Work closely with projectmanagers to create designs based on client requests andspecifications.
  • Ensuring projects are completedwith high quality and on schedule.
  • Work closelywith the senior design team to support larger projects contributingcreative ideas and technicalskills.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessionsto generate new ideas and approaches to multimediacontent.
  • Provide artworking and productionsupport for final designoutputs.

Technical Skills

3D Modeling & Rendering:

  • Design and create 3Dmodels textures and renders for product visuals activation boothsenvironments and interactive elements.
  • Applylighting shading and texturing to develop highquality 3D visualsfor various media.
  • Optimize 3D assets forefficient integration into videos interactive content and otherdesign projects.

MotionGraphics & Animation:

  • Design and animate complexmotion graphics for video content social media advertisements andpresentations.
  • Create visually dynamic videosequences that include animated typography kinetic text and customtransitions.
  • Produce compelling video contentthat integrates 3D 2D and liveactionelements.

Graphic Design& Visual Communication:

  • Design visually stunninglayouts illustrations and graphics for a wide range of digital andprint materials.
  • Develop and execute designconcepts that align with brand identity and enhance campaignstorytelling.
  • Create cohesive visual solutionsfor campaigns presentations and eventbranding.
  • A strong portfolio of pitch deckdesigns is a huge plus.

UserInterface & User Experience Design (Optional but a plus):

  • Collaborate on UI/UXprojects providing wireframes interactive prototypes andpixelperfect visual designs.
  • Apply bestpractices for usercentered design and usability to digitalinterfaces ensuring a seamless userexperience.

SoftwareExpertise :

  • Mastery in AdobeCreative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects PremierePro).
  • Advanced proficiency in 3D modelingsoftware (Cinema 4D Blender SketchUp orequivalent).
  • Strong understanding of renderingengines such as VRay or Redshift.
  • Proficiencyin UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch is abonus.

The Skills andExperience you will need:

  • 5 yearsof experience in multimedia design with a focus ongraphic design 3D modeling rendering and motiongraphics.
  • Expertlevel proficiencyin 3D modeling and rendering tools such as Cinema 4DBlender or SketchUp and rendering engines like VRay orRedshift.
  • Expertlevel proficiencyin motion graphics and video production using AfterEffects and Premiere Pro.
  • Stronggraphic design foundation with advanced skills in layouttypography and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience inUI/UX design is a plus but notrequired.
  • A strong portfolioshowcasing 3D motion graphics and graphic designwork.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedcollaborative environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Excellentcommunication skills and ability to present creativeideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
