Job Summary

We are seeking a Planning & Performance Analystresponsible for providing fractionated feedstock to thepetrochemical industry. Your primary role will be to develop dataprepare planning documents research and produce competent reportson the results of your studies and produce solutions to assignedproblems that are frequently complex in nature. Areas includebudgets accountability performance indices cost control anddepartmental contracts payments monitoring or special assignmentsrelated to organization operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare routine and special reports fordepartment management subject to review and approval.
  • Conduct studies related to the organizations businessactivities productivity effective use of funds and resources orother areas of concern.
  • Develop and maintainstatistical reports cost control measures and scheduling programsfor managements use.
  • Assist the DepartmentDirector in conducting indepth analytical work including providinggraphical representations of information through charts and graphsand organizing relevant data for the preparation ofmanagementrequested reports studies and analyses. This may includeexploring possibilities for cost reduction revenue enhancement andimproving the efficiency of financial resourceutilization.
  • Serve as an advisor to DivisionManagers and other supervisory staff assisting them with thedetails of business plans.
  • Oversee theforecast performance review and accountability reports for DirectControllable Cost budgets.
  • Conduct periodicaudits or operational reviews compiling and reporting statisticsidentifying discrepancies and working to resolve them.

Requirements:

  • This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
  • Possess a Bachelorsdegree in Finance Accounting or Management Information Systems froma recognized and approved program.
  • Have aminimum of 4 years of experience in managing operating costscontrol budgeting forecasting and organizational performancemonitoring including the development monitoring and benchmarking ofKey Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrateexcellent software skills in Power BI MS Excel andPowerPoint.
  • Possess the ability to performstatistical and problem analyses while working under timeconstraints.
