Overview Contract Major Assistant position in El-Fujairah, UAE. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require English proficiency. As a Contract Major Assistant, you will provide support to our major operations and assist in various tasks as needed. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of major projects Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties Conduct research and gather information for reports and presentations Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval Act as a liaison between different departments within the organization Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks Qualifications No prior experience required, but must be willing to learn and take on new challenges Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must have valid UAE residency visa (free visa available) and willing to relocate if necessary To apply, please submit your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
