  • Responsible for the procurement of all spare parts includingaircraft parts required for 23 Simulators(includes 2 SIMs inAbudhabi) and 11 IPTs in coordination with the Sr. Logisticscoordinator.
  • ECFT has two training centers inDubai 25 KMs apart (Garhoud DSO) and 5 stores intotal.
  • Aircraft parts procurement forCMEPS(Abudhabi) is handled by Dubai logisticsteam.
  • Responsible for maintaining the storesin both training centers Meticulouslyorganized.
  • Effectively coordinate timely flowof order processing and keeping all logistics records uptodate foraudit compliance.
  • Processing allinvoices/raising PR/PO from various authorities 80 SIM evals andmany evals in FY24 EASA/FAA/UKCAA/CAAC.
  • Processing all invoices/raising PR/PO for various SIM purchase/SIMupdates and handling all the related shipments 12 SIM updateprojects in this year.
  • Liaising with CAEMontreal and various suppliers on repairs loans exchanges outrightpurchases etc.
  • Coordination and execution ofmany avionics protection plans/contract under the guidance of Sr.Logistics coordinator in a timely manner.
  • Tracking processing and executing various equipmentcalibrations.
  • Tracking and renewing varioussubscription contracts such as NDB CHARTS from various providersfor all 23 aircraft configurations (Garhoud DSO and Abudhabi) andprocessing related invoices.
  • Responsible forthe procurement of spare parts required for 23 simulators and 11IPTs in coordination with the Sr. Logisticscoordinator.
  • Coordinating with Fedex and othershipping/courier companies
  • Packing anddispatching spare parts
  • Receipt ofparts.
  • Issue and receipt of loaner parts andmaintaining records.
  • Daily checking all partswithdrawals and entry by engineers and validating for any errors inall 5 stores.

Processinginvoices to raise PR/PO for various authorities and SIMupdates. Tracking and renewing varioussubscription contracts

Processing invoices to raise PR/PO for routine SIM refurbishmentsequipment calibration work undertaken by local contractorsetc Coordination and execution of manyavionics protection plans. Obsolescence ofparts monitoring andmitigation.
