- Oversee the daily operations of theoffice, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timelyand efficient manner
- Coordinate with variousdepartments within the organization to ensure effectivecommunication and collaboration
- Manageinventory and supplies for the office and coordinate with vendorsfor office equipment maintenance andrepairs
- Prepare and present reports on theorganization's operations to the executiveteam
- Assist with event planning andorganization for conferences, seminars, and other events hosted bythe organization
- Provide administrative supportto the executive team and handle any other duties asassigned
Requirements
- 2 years of experience inadministrative or operations role
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite and other relevantsoftware
- Strong organizational andtime-management skills
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
