Job Description

Developand optimize chemical processes for the production of foam and ABCpowder taking into account safety cost and efficiency.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify andsolve problems in the production process.
Troubleshootand resolve issues related to foam and ABC powder production suchas quality control problems or equipment malfunctions.
Monitor and analyze production data to identifyopportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source rawmaterials and equipment for foam and ABC powder production.

What we need in you to be successfullin this role :
Good understanding of thefundamentals of chemical engineering including Surface tension Filmformation material and fluid dynamics heat transfer thermodynamicsand mixing phenomena
Capable to identify new methods ofmanufacturing chemicals and creating the process.
Capableto prepare MSDS and technical datasheet of the foam concentrates.
Strong knowledge on UL 162 UL 139 EN 1568 and ICAO foamconcentrate testing requirements and ISO 17025

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree inChemical Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledgeof chemical engineering principles and processes.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Physical ability to work in a laboratory or productionenvironment.
Ability to manage multiple projects andprioritize tasks effectively.
Effective communication andcollaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
