Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.Budget Planning and Control: Collaborate in the development and management of the annual facilities management budget for the area. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of assets, equipment and materials owned by DPW within the area.FM Project Management: Manage all FM projects within the specified area from RFQ to job award and overview the execution of all FM Projects within the specified area taking into consideration all technical and commercial aspects.Technical Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of all maintenance activities, service histories, technical reports, incident reports equipment manuals, and facility documentation. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for efficient data recording and task management.Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and sustainability trends in facilities management.
